Eligibility for Exchange
An exchange request will be accepted only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged or broken at the time of delivery
- The product received is incorrect or different from the order placed
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of successful delivery
Conditions for Exchange
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- Original packaging, invoice, and certificate (if provided) must be returned
- Any product that has been worn, energized, or altered is not eligible for exchange
Non-Exchangeable Products
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Energized or specially blessed Rudraksh
- Customized malas, pendants, or bracelets
- Products damaged due to improper handling or personal use
Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange request:
- Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images or videos showing the issue with the product
- Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility
- Once approved, the replacement product will be dispatched after verification
Shipping Charges
- If the exchange is approved due to an error from our side, shipping costs will be borne by GANESHAM
- In all other approved cases, shipping charges may be applicable

Rudraksh is a natural and sacred product. Minor variations in size, shape, color, or texture are natural characteristics and do not qualify as defects.
